Fig 3.4 First Attempt in Recolouring
The first attempt was fun and challenging too , there's was quite a lot of steps have to take note , but soon it was a lot more easier to change the colour of the face , hair and background after the masking , I decided to improve by recolour the hair that might suit the model face and changing the background.

Fig 4.0 Contour and Highlights Guides
Not only in doing masking , I decided to experiment to give some contour to enhance the facial bone structure to the portrait. I use the brush tool and choosing the colour that slightly darker than the skin.
Fig 4.1 Adjusting in Hue/ Saturation
After the contour , I decided the correcting the colour again to achieve a balance between the skin colour and also with the contour. Not only that I also apply some "make-up" in eye shadow and brows to give as the final touch-up.

CONCEPTUAL PRODUCT PHOTOSHOOT
1. MOODBOARD
Fig 6.0 Moodboard / Inspiration
The idea from the moodboard some "magic" that won't exist in real life, it is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasin. I also love the idea of surreal ice-cream that has a hint of message to it, and not forgot about to "be creative" with the little things in life . Think of an idea where I can changing the shapes , colours or packaging to make it more creative.
2. SKETCHES / IDEA
Fig 6.1 Sketches and Ideas
Here's some rough sketches with ideas. I decided to try on Idea 3 by changing the pizza to medicine.
3.SHOOTING & LIGHTNING TECHNIQUES
Fig 7.0 Lightning techniques #1
Fig 7.1 Lightning techniques in product photography
One light should be 45 degrees behind the product, and the other 45 degrees in front of it on the opposite corner. Ensure that the lights are up high and pointing downward, but at the subject. This will reduce the length of your shadows. Make the backlight slightly brighter than the front.

5.FINAL OUTCOME
Fig 8.6 "Daily Drugs for Designer" poster in JPG
Adobe Capsule - The designer's everyday medicine. Can designers be creative every day? A question to myself. I guess it's possible, but being creative every day can be exhausting and potentially exhausting in the end. Hopefully there’s a pill can be developed to strike the right balance between creativity and execution. Too much creativity is exhausting. Too much execution is numbing yet creativity is the drug I can't live without.
REFLECTIONS
Defiantly I can feel the improvement the skills and used to it with the shortcut keys in photoshop too.
I love and enjoy every progress within the exercises and project 2ABC with its final outcome. Love the part especially exploring around with different tools and implied them into the task.
