Reflection
Upon reading through the Module Information Booklet (MIB) and the timeline, which is expected to be doing an application again , which pretty 70% similar to one of our previous module, while for Timeline where everyone pray for longer deadlines, although it seems to be a 2 weeks period time , but time is always not enough for us. I had hoped that at least the deadlines for this module would be extended to allow for a more relaxed pace, avoiding the rush that often accompanies tight schedules. However, working through this project has been a revealing experience, especially in terms of understanding team dynamics and individual contributions.
Our group, named MBTIC3 "ICE," was surprisingly less introverted than I had anticipated (my thought only ha hehe ) Of course, each member brought unique strengths and perspectives to the table, which significantly enriched our collaboration. Initially, I perceived Viola as quiet and shy for first impression but she soon demonstrated a remarkable focus and dedication to her tasks. Despite our client's preferences not aligning with our direction, Viola would refined her work until the final presentation. Her commitment to excellence, regardless of external validation, was truly inspiring. Thanks Viola :)
JunZhe, before he joined into MBTIC3 , I always knew him that he is very talented in drawing. And now his the creative "father" behind our mascots Cuanto and Qube, played a pivotal role in our project. Despite he sickness, yet he remained dedicated, bringing our mascots to life with his impressive 3D icon designs. I often made "sudden requests" for the 3D icons, and JunZhe always delivered on time showcasing his resilience and unwavering commitment. His contributions were vital, and his positive attitude kept us motivated. Thank you so much ! :D
JiaHui was always fast and efficient, a trait I greatly admire. She managed her time exceptionally well and was always willing to take on tasks, never saying "no." During one instance when we were considering a 2D backup plan, JiaHui managed all aspects of it, delivering results that were both impressive and highly applicable. Her reliability and efficiency were crucial to our project’s success, and her positive attitude made her an invaluable team member. I cannot live without her T.T Thank you Jia Hui <3
Carmen excelled in creating engaging short animations in Figma, a skill I deeply admire. She taught me how to use Figma Components. She was the team's "happy pill," consistently lifting our spirits during meetings. Her critical feedback during crucial discussions was invaluable, providing us with insightful perspectives that helped refine our project. Carmen’s ability to balance creativity with constructive criticism made our collaboration enjoyable and productive. Thankiu Carmeme :>
Jacqueline’s effectiveness across various areas was defiantly evident to everyone. Her attention to detail and ability to think outside the box significantly elevated our project. She often noticed mistakes that could have gone overlooked and promptly reminded me, much like my phone notification bell hehe. Each semester, which feels like we also a group project together, and Siew Weng !! We almost comes to the end of the journey :.) No group project and No stress le (hopefully) , more hair will be grow hehe. Yup , her leadership and meticulous approach ensured that our project maintained a good standards throughout its development. Thank you for leading us ! SehSeh Jaki <3<3
