REFLECTION 

Throughout this semester, I think all the assignments given were really helpful and I have gained a lot from this module. The 3 key main things I have learnt would be the ability to identify problems and gaps in research, learning to organise and explain my point of view and findings in a clearer and objective manner and lastly, the ability to think practically, analyse and understand how things connect. 

    My weaknesses in this module would be not being meticulous enough, being impatient when under stress and start working on things at a very fast pace before understanding the instructions given clearly, which could be very problematic if no feedbacks and guidance were given. On the other hand, my strengths would be being able to interpret information and give clear explanations with justifications in an objective manner. 

    With all the experiences I've had and the understanding of this module, I think I've developed more sensitivity when it comes to connecting things together. Especially in assignment 3, I find myself kept questioning whether my research approach and questions prepared will be able to receive answers that are relevant to my research. Besides, I think I've also developed the sense to understand things in-depth. Since we were required to provide explanations and justifications for our statements, this makes me constantly questioned myself "why?", which leads to diving in deeper for a better understanding and it applies to other matter aside from research as well.

    Personally, I think this module is very well organised and each of the stages is able to let students understand how research works. Hence, I have no further comments to add to improve this module.
